Well, we do know about the Essex plan. The Essex plan is one everyone seems to be talking about. So what I would say is I think Our House speaker, Mitzi Johnson, has a great vision with how we tackle climate change. First of all, we agree that it needs to be a regional approach, that we can't do something at that scale by ourselves in Vermont. (18:29–18:36)
