So yeah, I just actually saw the most recent fiscal update that showed that, you know, we're doing really well in Vermont. Our unemployment rate is very, very low. Our unemployment insurance claims are really low. And that's great. But there is that theme out there and I think that policies like paid family leave, but also continuing the work we've done on expanding workforce development and another priority of ours with continuing tech ed, I think is really important.
