And I'm not sure having more people unemployed is the way that we deal with our challenges right now that our state is facing. And like I said earlier, Schools are facing an incredible amount of complex family challenges. And so I really think that on this topic, the local community should be deciding how they want their school staff because they're the ones that know what's happening on the ground in their schools and those unique challenges that they face.
