Because we have such demand for employment in Vermont that we've got to start getting creative about how we engage people that aren't currently engaged in the economy. So yeah, I just actually saw the most recent fiscal update that showed that, you know, we're doing really well in Vermont. Our unemployment rate is very, very low. Our unemployment insurance claims are really low. And that's great. (05:57–06:04)
