This was our so called budget reconciliation bill from last year. I fought against that very, very hard. My Republican colleagues passed it out of Congress, the This President has gone after Medicaid... reducing federal contributions to Medicaid throughout the country, including right here in Hawaii. where we have a very high Medicaid population.
