And what it has led to is an essential monopoly by just a very few companies who charge monopolistic prices when far lower prices are available in the world itself. And that cannot be acceptable, especially when we face a situation where Over 90% [of goods in Hawaii] come in by ship, come in by ship. And so they're subject to the Jones Act. By one calculation, the Jones act adds close to $2,000 per year per family for every family throughout Hawaii as compared to what we might be able to do if the Jones act was modified to adjust to our specific situation.
