This year we had projections for Medicaid, same thing we do every year that says last year cost this much, this year it's going to cost that much. And The legislature shorted [Medicaid projections] by about $2 billion. So you take a trillion dollars of federal cuts going through, especially rural health care, you add 2 billion on top of it from the state and we're going to see a lot of clinics close. (26:58–27:02)
