Well, I think the Senate has to do what they're doing because the Supreme Court ruled that it was unconstitutional in the way that they were proceeding. It's pretty easy. I mean, The Constitution says that a impeachment requires a misdemeanor, and there is no allegation of a misdemeanor against any of the judges that people filed impeachment proceedings for. It's just won't, didn't follow the law, don't like their judgment, don't believe they're treating people the same. None of that is a crime. None of that is an actual misdemeanor. (29:59–30:12)
CLAIM
