School systems are run locally for a really important reason and that's because it serves the kids that of that locality. And It blows my mind to say if you're an educator, you can't serve on the board of education. It would seem that that's really relevant that you would have the knowledge of what's generally going on in our schools and what the challenges are. (39:01–39:08)
