We've hired more staff, we've introduced Kentucky's first mobile ID in January and more. We're building on that progress and the next big upgrades are currently happening but happening behind the scenes. In June we will launch the Kentucky Information Network for Driver's Licensing computer system called Kindle. for short to replace the nearly 40 year old mainframe system we're using now. This secure, easier to maintain system will modernize our driver's licensing system and provide improved customer service in all of our offices. (11:44–11:52)
