The audience out there is not representative of all of New Yorkers. That is correct. The people who show up at those, keep in mind, Nationwide, two thirds of people own one third of people rent. In New York, it's exactly the opposite. Opposite. The people who show up at these mayoral forums are the people who own their apartments generally. Right. And they're very loud. They don't want their property value to go down. (40:41–40:48)
