You know, once you're building, it's not that much more expensive to add an extra floor or two. Long story short, Houston, excuse me, Austin created 15% more housing supply and they now have a glut. In Austin, housing prices are down 23%, rents are down 22%. And that's causing pain among builders. Sure. But it's great for everybody who lives in Austin. Great. Right, of course.
