And so it's very difficult to get a charter, to get public money, to have the privilege of educating New York City, New York State school children, to get millions of dollars of, you know, KIPP's budget is for its 18 schools approaching $200 million. 97% of that is city and state money. And so it's hard to get a charter which is good and it's, it's difficult to keep a charter. So there's real, there are real standards and accountability that apply to 15% of our public schools.
