It's interesting. I've been studying Mississippi recently and so I'm not strictly about charters. Mississippi has, in the last 20 quarter century roughly has soared past New York. And Mississippi is the poorest state in the country. Spends 12,000 bucks a kid. We're spending approximately 40,000 bucks a kid. And they in the past 20 years or so have gone from their kids being the better part of a year below grade level in fourth grade reading to better part of a year. (08:30–08:38)
