Right. There were maximalists who always said this should be 100% of the system, which has been tried in some special cases. It was done in New Orleans after Katrina. They charterized the whole system. Right, right, right. But I'm not calling for that. But I think I'm a champion of any great school that's doing a great job educating kids. (07:35–07:39)
