And he ended up getting charged with an operating, well, intoxicated charge in that case. And then he appealed, went all the way up to the Wisconsin Supreme Court. And The majority in that case found that the officer had overstepped the bounds of his authority. This is fourth amendment law, search and seizure in asking the man to get out of his vehicle. And you know, I don't want to say that I absolutely disagreed with it because that's a very fact specific issue. (36:37–36:45)
