Want to just get your thoughts about constitutional amendments versus many of these controversial issues instead going before a court. Well, let me back up a minute and say Putting laws in the Constitution rather than the statutes is not going to end litigation on those questions because the Supreme Court has to interpret the Constitution just as it interprets state laws. You know, with respect to that particular amendment, I have been careful not to take a position on it because I don't think it's appropriate for a judge or a judicial candidate to do that.
