You know, that is another one where I, I don't want to prejudge and I would have to look at what kind of case it was, who was the other party in the case, what kind of legal issues are they raising. I can envision scenarios where I might recuse in a case involving the Democratic Party of Wisconsin if it was a highly politicized case like let's say the Republican Party on the other side.
