And I ended up issuing a fairly narrow decision finding some of the provisions unconstitutional, but upholding others. I said Plaintiffs didn't make their case. They simply didn't prove that those provisions invaded the executive branch's authority. to do whatever it was under those laws. So that's a case where, as a lawyer in know, I might have taken a different position as an advocate, but as a judge, I was applying the law to the facts of that case. (35:01–35:11)
