And so we did a total overhaul of our state's education system, passing two different 150 page pieces of legislation, one called Arkansas Learns, that focused heavily on K12 education. The second one, Arkansas Access, that was more on the higher end. But building off of the success of the first. Arkansas Learns was a, I think, pivotal place in our ability to really recruit business, develop a strong workforce and create that pipeline of high growth, high demand, high wage jobs. (18:45–18:50)
