We would love to say we're going to be first in everything, but ultimately you have to really kind of look at where are spaces where we have the ability to lead. And All of those 18 key areas, at least one of them is taught at every single Arkansas high school now. So our kids are graduating with certification in one of those key places when they finish, prepared to either go straight into the workforce or prepared to build on that certification and on those skills and move into the next phase.
