And so really being in constant conversation and walking alongside one another, I think is critical for a state or a company to be successful. That's one of the things that's been really important for us and will continue to be a key focus area is making sure that again, we just are in total collaboration with the companies that either exist in our state or the ones we're trying to recruit. that we're preparing the skilled, qualified workforce that's going to be in demand that they need.
