Sure. I think a couple things. One would be, it probably sounds kind of boring, but if you're in it, it's really important. But It's removing a lot of the barriers within the permitting process. A great example, within the same week that there was a company opening and doing a groundbreaking ceremony in our state, and we went and did the, you know, everybody with the hard hats and the shovels picture.
