But being focused and in the conversation consistently enough that if there's a shift that takes place, you're shifting with it. And So often I think government is playing catch up and we are five and 10 years behind the private sector. And that shows, especially when it comes to workforce and when it comes to recruitment. And so really being in constant conversation and walking alongside one another, I think is critical for a state or a company to be successful. (31:59–32:07)
