You know, there's a big emphasis on career and technical training right now. I think every governor in the country is working on that. Certainly we are. But Making sure that those [career and technical] training is actually preparing them for jobs that will exist when they're first finished, I think is so critical. because everybody likes to run to whatever the shiny object is in that moment. But being focused and in the conversation consistently enough that if there's a shift that takes place, you're shifting with it. (31:36–31:45)
