And then you'd have smaller amounts for insurance and property tax. Now insurance and property tax exceeds the principal and interest. And so that's been an issue nationwide. We're really the only state that's doing a lot about the property tax as of now. I know other states have talked about it, but I don't think there's any other initiative on the ballot that's even close to what we're doing in Florida. (56:36–56:42)
