And I know Blaze, you know, can tell you how some of those numbers work in terms of what he's seen with the overspending. So if you adjust, If you literally just put, put the budgets back at like 2024 level and just froze them there and not let them grow more than population or inflation, you'd have huge amounts of money to be able to return to our homeowners.
