And we've created under my tenure, a special provision of the budget where money that's sent to school districts can only be used for teacher salary increases. The budget I'm going to sign soon has, I think it's like a 1.55 billion, which is more than has ever been done. But 200 million of that is targeting people that have 10 years or more experience, because we did a lot to try to get, get the minimum up because we, you know, people didn't want to be teachers.
