And that when I finish all that, it will represent the fourth straight year where the state of Florida has reduced the amount it's spending at the state level. Let me say that again. The budget four years ago was more than the budget three years ago. The budget three years ago was more than the budget two years ago. And the budget in current year is less than the budget or the budget. I guess last year's budget that we signed is going to be. This year's budget is going to be less than that. And so it can be done. And that's with population growth, that's with inflation. And some of the things we had to put in more money for some of these projects, too. (05:48–06:08)
