So we've been able to do a lot of these different things. And so, you know, I just looked at the numbers and I said, okay, for whatever reason, Florida Constitution is always treated the Homestead residence preferable to other forms of property. So you have residential that are not Homestead and then you have commercial properties, the Homestead property.
