We convened three roundtables with over three dozen organizations, hosted a Teletown hall with more than 17,000 residents attending to speak directly with rural West Virginians about this application. We structured our application to have sustainability and we emphasize accessibility and affordability. We know that this plan is not going to end at the completion of a grant cycle. (15:53–16:02)
