We're going to be working with them on and we want them their enterprises to run more smoothly to create opportunities for them to engage in more shared service arrangements, perhaps including buying supplies together. On top of that, We have to change how we pay for health care. That's important that we reduce cost. Instead of just paying for how many services are provided, we'll focus on paying for good results and quality care. We have to work with the insurance companies and the healthcare providers and consumers to create those new payment systems that reward quality and we'll help our rural providers learn how to use those new systems as well.
