We have to work with the insurance companies and the healthcare providers and consumers to create those new payment systems that reward quality and we'll help our rural providers learn how to use those new systems as well. Our fifth focus involves the creation of a Health to Prosperity pipeline that's going to connect recovery readiness and employment programs to help West Virginians find work.
