I've had a lot of conversations with people who know that when you're getting this kind of investment, we don't know the final amount that we're going to get. Obviously We believe that the statute will provide what we think will be the minimum of $500 million. But it's up to CMS. That's why I have a little patience. We want to take this support and hopefully translate it, make the case to CMS and to HHS why we have the best application around. (26:26–26:33)
