We tried to reach out to everyone for their input and we received a lot of input. We had a number of direct meetings with many people, some in this room, and we engaged the public significantly. We did a statewide RFI where we generated nearly 3,000 pages of content and insights. I can tell you that I did read many of them. There were a lot of binders that were put together. (15:23–15:31)
