We did a statewide RFI where we generated nearly 3,000 pages of content and insights. I can tell you that I did read many of them. There were a lot of binders that were put together. We convened three roundtables with over three dozen organizations, hosted a Teletown hall with more than 17,000 residents attending. to speak directly with rural West Virginians about this application. We structured our application to have sustainability and we emphasize accessibility and affordability. (15:36–15:48)
