We had a grant program before 2020 where we offered $1,200 to local election officials to ensure that they had computers, ensure that they had access to training and IT support. We had over 1,000 clerks apply for that grant because they were not provided those things by their communities. And so I think if we want to see elections augmented in some communities, if we want to make sure that they're run consistently or resourced consistently around the state, then we need to fund them consistently.
