And I think in that particular instance, you know, they really showed leadership because what they did is they said there's two pieces to that law. The first piece [of the law] says that you have to attempt to send special voting deputies to care facilities, but if you can't meet with the residents, the second piece says that you have to send the ballots to those residents.
