And so how the report classifies our usage of ERIC makes it seem like we didn't accept reports as often as we could have or didn't fully utilize those reports. And really nothing could be further from the truth. The commission has taken steps pretty much yearly to very carefully figure out how to implement all of the ERIC data in accordance with state law and in accordance with federal law too, in some instances. And so there was a chart, for instance, in the report that made it look like there were opportunities to accept data when we didn't even have the opportunity to accept that data. (24:37–24:51)
