I think that the commission functions as its designed in law. So I guess all I can really say is that, you know, If there's a desire to see a different structure in place, it will require a law change. And, you know, I certainly would respect any change in that law. But I think there's always a give and take in terms of what a different structure could bring or take away from the transparency of the process. (45:52–45:57)
