The other is if the legislature or others would like to see something different, then that's an instance where a law would have to be passed. The current law is completely moot on anything to do with grant funding or things like, you know, consultants and elections. That's not something that's prescribed. And so those are municipal decisions. And I guess I would say that if that's something where there's a desire to see it done differently, then a law would need to be passed specifying what that should look like. (39:23–39:32)
