And so we are really like a trade association of the state commissions in my. SO is sort of how I, I think about it. And so We are overseen by a board of directors and it's one commissioner from each of those member agencies. And so each of the commissions, some of them have three members, some have five, some are elected, some are appointed, they're all organized differently, which makes my job really fun, keeping track of how all these places operate.
