I was hoping you could just talk a little bit about your board and specifically from Wisconsin, and then how your board members keep the rest of the state commissions in the loop with what you guys are doing. Yeah, great question. So, so The OMS is a nonprofit entity, like a trade association of the state commissions in [MISO]. my. SO is sort of how I, I think about it. And so we are overseen by a board of directors and it's one commissioner from each of those member agencies. (21:28–21:33)
