So going back to the origin of MISO that we were talking about earlier, MISO used to be a smaller footprint that stopped in the boot heel of Missouri. So it didn't used to go down to Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. So it was, I believe around 2010, 2011, what's known as the Entergy states or the Southern states that are in MISO were looking to join an rto. (30:22–30:29)
