I have strong opinions on that. So I am very, I mean it shouldn't be a surprise that I'm very pro rto. And, and the majority of the, the country, I think it's 2/3 of the electricity demand in the US is part of an RTO. And so there are certain parts in the west and in the Southeast that are not. But the majority of load is served by a utility that itself is served by a larger rto. (35:58–36:03)
