We have to reform antitrust laws so they make sense for digital markets that have next to no real competition. We have to implement a comprehensive privacy law that provides consumers with key data rights. We need to make narrow reforms to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. And we need comprehensive transparency requirements, which has been a focus of mine over the past 18 months and are essential to supporting each of the proposals I just listed. (13:48–13:53)
