As many of you know, women across the United States are staring down the barrel of having our reproductive rights rolled back as The Supreme Court, a court put in place by minority rule in the Senate, looks to overturn 50 years of precedent on abortion access. And we have been stalled in preempting those rights by codifying them because the Senate is hampered by the filibuster, an outdated parliamentary rule that has historically been used to block progress just like this.
