I'm not sure I really have the answers for you on that, but I think that is going to be really fascinating and those will be the questions that we are going to see. We do have a little bit of, perhaps a little bit of bad news on Arizona's side. Probably one of the biggest news items in the state of Arizona since this sort of time of federal retrenchment is we are seeing really a repeal of some of the things that were happening on the state level in terms of greenhouse gas regulation. And that was our state renewable portfolio standard and our state energy efficiency standards. Now our state Corporation commission has actually proposed to repeal those, and that just happened.
