I think what's happening in some of the state agencies as they grapple with this, you know, and I know that I painted a fairly dark picture of Arizona, but Arizona is doing a lot of things and, you know, in a lot of areas it's much more aggressive, especially in the area of water. I think those are very exciting places to be, at least in terms of a government position. There's a lot going on in public interest and in industry. (48:17–48:24)
