Repeal. Not repeal, but for the leader states. The federal government has been fairly aggressive in trying to preempt what they are doing. And here's just a couple examples. California has this waiver under the Clean Air act, as we discussed, for having these greenhouse gas emission standards for vehicles as well as more stringent vehicle standards. The administration initiated and Congress passed the repeal of that waiver that allows them to do that. And now the federal government is. The executive branch is claiming that EPA's, California's standards are now preempted. (41:36–41:47)
